Program Manager
- Ft Wayne, IN will be main job site, will work occasionally in Franklin, IN and 5% travel to plants outside of IN.
- 4+ years’ experience in program management within manufacturing
- Essex manufacturers magnet wire for Automotive, Industrial, Energy industries
- Manages schedules, budgets, scope, manpower for projects
- Able to manage and oversee multiple projects and teams
- Strong in MS Project, Excel
- PMP/PGMP certs is a plus
- BS Degree in Engineering preferred
